The item is smaller than I had imagined but nice and has a very nice colour mix, specific to the beautiful labradorite stone.
I had issues with the delivery due to regulations applicable in Belgium for imported goods from outside the EU but Tara kindly and swiftly replied and provided advice on how to sort things out. Etsy customer service was also fast in reimbursing me the additional costs. After my order arrived I noticed that the stone did unfortunately have a defect (a crack).Tara swiftly provided options for sorting this out. I accepted a partial reimbursement of the item s cost as I did not want to send it back and go through all the customs scenario again.
I am very grateful for the wonderful customer service, and as for the product, while not perfect, it is very unique(not 1 like it in the whole world)! Thank you!
You know the feeling when you order something online. You wonder if its exactly as the photo shows it and the description has given all the pertinent information truthfully. And, you know the pleasure and a bit of a surprise to find the item is even better than expected. These earrings are going to be placed in my drawer for special jewelry. The words 'sweet' and 'fun' come to mind to describe the tiny gemstones and gold beads. These lovely earrings arrived well packaged and quickly considering they had to cross the Atlantic with reasonable shipping fee. Tara and Gems added a nice jewelry bag and advice on how to look after the delicate gemstones. I highly recommend Tare and Gems.
